I only do business with registered Canadian companies and payment is by cheque only - I do no sell my photos privately or to companies outside of Canada.

All images and text are copyrighted material and cannot be used without prior permission, and by entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement below:

Images are available for one fee with a one year Licence. The Licence limits the use of an image to a one year period that begins on the date of purchase. The Purchaser is granted usage for multiple applications without incurring additional fees during the one year period. Licence Agreement of an image is non-transferable, is only available to the purchaser, and can’t be shared or distributed.

For personal and non-commercial use of our images if you use an image on a web page, you must place a copyright notice on the same page (© PhotosCanada.com) to prevent unauthorized copying.

If you have a particularly tight budget, or are a non profit agency please let us know, and we will try to be flexible to accommodate you. No transaction will be conducted below the minimal licensing fee of $75.00.
I do not grant free commercial licenses solely in exchange for credits or links.

If you use any image(s) from this web site in a manner not compliant with the license you agree to pay a minimum fee of $150 CAD per image. This includes, but is not limited to: use on a personal web page; use on a commercial web page; posting the image or image link to a web site forum; displaying the image publicly.

All the photographs including all text and design elements on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Bill McComish, and protected under Canadian and International Copyright Law.
In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and invoiced at the minimum standard fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in Federal Court where you will be subject to statutory damages as well as all court costs and attorneys' fees.

By viewing the pages on this site you explicitly acknowledge the above and agree not to download or copy any of the images or text without previously negotiating usage rights with Bill McComish. Images may be invisibly watermarked for tracking purposes.
